How tuition works
Every family's days are different, so here is what sets tuition.
Tuition depends on how many afternoons a week your child comes: two, three or five. Early-dismissal afternoons, when we open at dismissal, are added to the month they fall in. Muna goes through the figures for each plan with you at the tour.

The same walk, snack and homework hour on every plan
Registration
One payment when you register sets up your child's file: the forms, the pickup list and the staff time to enter them. It is due when you register, and it is separate from tuition.
Holding a place
A place is held once you register and pay the first month. When a plan is full we keep a waitlist in the order families asked, and Muna calls the next family before we send an email.
Offers go out by phone first
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly, with autopay if you choose it. We list what each month covers.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether assistance is open this month. If your family has a New York child care assistance approval, we will explain how it works here and what paperwork we need.
Siblings
A second child from the same family is handled differently from the first. Ask at the tour, and we go through the terms.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' written notice before a child leaves or changes plans, so another family can have the place. A month already begun is billed in full.
Ask about openings
Tell us your child's grade and the days you need, and we will say where we have room.
